Return & Refund Policy

At Grimm's Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are made to order, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Most products are made specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings

  • Change of mind after production has begun

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us. We will work with you to determine the best resolution based on the circumstances.
