Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Many of our products are made to order. Processing times vary by product, but most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and your location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods offered through Shopify Checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or other appropriate solution.
Are the colors on the product exactly the same as shown on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor, phone, and tablet displays.
Is the artwork embroidered or textured?
Unless specifically stated in the product description, artwork is printed directly onto the product and is not embroidered, textured, embossed, or raised.
Do you offer custom designs?
At this time we primarily offer our existing collection of designs. Custom requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Grimm's Boutique is a small family-run business based in Washington State.
Do you sell at conventions and markets?
Yes! We regularly attend conventions, markets, and special events throughout the year. Follow us on social media or join our email list to stay updated on upcoming appearances.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Possibly.
Some of our products are produced and shipped from different manufacturing partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Don't worry if you receive part of your order first. Any additional packages are still on the way and will have their own tracking information when available.
Why was I charged shipping more than once?
Some items may be produced and shipped from different locations. When products ship separately, shipping charges may be calculated individually based on the items in your order.
Any shipping costs will always be displayed before checkout is completed.
