Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.
Multiple Shipments
Some products are manufactured and shipped from different production partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
